Here is where you can find the Remnant 2 Runed Heart Relic which is located in a specific section of The Labyrinth behind a staircase hidden in plain sight.
Location: The Labyrinth, Entangled Gauntlet.
You will be able to access The Labyrinth in Remnant 2 once you have taken down your first World Boss in any of the potential starting World and I do recommend re rolling the campaign at the start of the game until you get to Yaesha to make things a lot more manageable as you progress through and learn the game. Upon beating your first World Boss you will be gifted the Strange Object which will spawn you in The Labyrinth upon interacting with any World Stone. Once in the Labyrinth, head around taking out the enemies until you get to the Entangled Gauntlet checkpoint which will overlook 2 large statues.
Passing the statues will cause several enemies to spawn in so put them down where you will then need to go up a stair case towards the back left wall to progress through the area.
However, to obtain the Runed Heart relic, you instead need to go behind the staircase then to the end of the short walkway where you will see the Runed Heart relic hiding in plain sight.
