Remnant 2 The Labyrinth Weapons

Here is a list containing all of the Remnant 2 The Labyrinth weapons you can acquire throughout the inter connecting landscape that is The Labyrinth. There are 4 weapons you can acquire which are 1 long gun which is technically in Ward 13 but you need to go through a secret door in The Labyrinth to access the required area, 2 Handguns and 1 melee weapon.

You will be able to access The Labyrinth after having defeated a World Boss in any of 3 potential starting Worlds in Remnant 2. I have recommended throughout the guides I have put together for Remnant 2 to start off on Yaesha, however, the choice is yours of course. The 2 Handguns are craftable at McCabe in Ward 13 once you have the required materials and the melee weapon can be found in a secret area once you have gotten past a tough Aberration. The long gun is actually in Ward 13, however, you can only access the area by going through a secret section of The Labyrinth so I’ve included it here as well.

I recommend clearing The Labyrinth and taking down the Labyrinth Sentinel boss before going after these 4 weapons as you will need access to the changing portal in one way or another and if you open the doorway to the left of the portal you can easily get back to it from the Fractured Ingress checkpoint. The 4 weapons you can acquire in The Labyrinth are as follows:

  1. Labyrinth Staff (Melee Weapon).
  2. Chicago Typewriter (Long Gun).
  3. Cube Gun (Handgun).
  4. Enigma (Handgun).

Labyrinth Staff (Melee Weapon)

Location: The Labyrinth, Fractured Ingress hidden path.
Requirements: Take down the Bastion Aberration.
In order to access the section where he Labyrinth Staff can be found, go round The Labyrinth to the glitching portal you can use to gain access to many other areas including the Labyrinth Sentinel boss fight, look to your right from the portal and open the doorway allowing you access from the Fractured Ingress checkpoint. Starting from there, go past the glitching portal, take out the enemies, go up the staircase and jump off diagonally to the left where a bridge will form underneath you. You will take a hit here so ensure your health isn’t below half.

Proceed forward to a gap you can’t jump across and wait for the glitching portal to glitch a platform (if you know the glitching portal you will see a rock through the portal, this will be the other side of the rock) allowing you to jump to the other side. You will need to be quick here as the platform will start to fall away as soon as you touch it and if it goes you will fall to your death so be swift crossing to solid ground.

From here, head through the passageway and drop down where you will be ambushed by the Bastion Aberration and a few little Labyrinth Golems. Use the hole in the centre of the area to either trap the Golem or, if it has displacer as an ability, escape through the portal in the hole if you get trapped then go back around. Shoot the top right corner of Bastion to help bring it down swiftly, defeat any remaining Golems then go to the back wall and collect the Labyrinth Staff.

Chicago Typewriter (Long Gun)

Location: The Labyrinth, Fractured Ingress / Ward 13.
Requirements: Go through a secret door in to the Western most area of Ward 13.
You will need to access a hidden portal then mantle up and around to a realm door, however, before you can access the realm door you will firstly need to speak with the Keeper who is in the section after you have dealt with the Labyrinth Sentinel boss in The Labyrinth where you will then acquire the Biome Portal Key. With the Biome Portal Key acquired you can then, starting off from the Fractured Ingress checkpoint, go right up the stairs, take care of the Golems, drop down and cross the bridge off the left side of the lower level of the area where you will come to a portal.

Go behind the portal and drop down in to a new secret portal that will take you to a new area of the Labyrinth. Go through the gap in the wall to your left then mantle up and across the left wall going back and forth then head through the crawlspace. Mantle up the wall to your right then jump the gap across to the platform and follow the path around to the realm door which you can now open having acquired the Biome Portal Key. You will now be in the very back section of Ward 13 below the room where you can acquire the MP60-R Handgun near the start of the game. Look to your right to find the Chicago Typewriter on a crate. If you go in to the container to the left of the gun you can interact with the crate and grab some incredibly heavy but tough armour as well as unlock The Agenda for your troubles.

Cube Gun (Handgun)

Location: The Labyrinth, Inner Sanctum / Ward 13.
Requirements: Conflux Prism x1, Lumenite Crystal x7, Scrap x.1,000.
You will be able to obtain the Conflux Prism once you have defeated the Labyrinth Sentinel who is a story progression boss access by going through the glitching portal with the checkpoint as your destination. With the Conflux Prism acquired, go to McCabe in Ward 13 where you can craft the impressive Cube Gun.

Enigma (Handgun)

Location: The Labyrinth, Fractured Ingress / Ward 13.
Requirements: Cipher Rod x1, Lumenite Crystal x7, Scrap x1,000.
In The Labyrinth you will need to interact with a glitching portal in order to progress the story and fight your way through to the Labyrinth Sentinel boss area, if you shoot the wall to the right of the portal you can easily go back to the portal from the Fractured Ingress checkpoint. You need the portal which looks like you will fall in to the abyss. There will be nothing else beyond the portal, just the white, warp speed lines so drop through where you will land on a bridge that was previously invisible. Take down the enemies where you can then collect the Cipher Rod from behind the central, solitary column. Now you have the Cipher Rod, go back to Ward 13 and craft the Enigma with McCabe.

That’s how to obtain all of the Remnant 2 The Labyrinth weapons. Which ones are you using to help you through the Worlds of Remnant 2?
