Here is the Resident Evil Village Tinkerer Trophy Guide helping you collect all 11 crafting recipes found throughout Resident Evil Village. Every Recipe becomes available for purchase from the Duke as you progress through the game or start new game +. Finding all 11 recipes will unlock Artisan, crafting all recipes at least once will unlock Tinkerer. You will need to complete the game on the hardest difficulty, Village Of Shadows (beat the game on any difficulty to unlock the hardest difficulty) before you can get the final recipe, the Rocket Pistol Ammo (requires Rocket Pistol which is bought in the Extra Content Shop). Here is where all 11 Crafting Recipes can be found and the required items needed to craft each recipe (open your Inventory with Triangle then R1 to the Crafting tab):

First Aid Med

First Aid Med, Requires> Herb x1, Chem Fluid x1.
The First Aid Med Recipe automatically unlocks when you reach the Village for the first time. Herbs and Chem fluid are found throughout the game.

Handgun Ammo

Handgun Ammo, Requires> Gunpowder x2, Rusted Scrap x2.
The Handgun Ammo Recipe becomes available when you enter the Village for the first time. Gunpowder and Rusted Scrap are found throughout the game.

Shotgun Ammo

Shotgun Ammo, Requires> Gunpowder x 1, Rusted Scrap x2, Chem Fluid x1.
Available for purchase from the Duke when you first meet him before entering Castle Dimitrescu for 3,000 Lei. Gunpowder, Rusted Scrap and Chem Fluid are found throughout the game.

Mines

Mines, Require> Metal Scrap x1, Rusted Scrap x1.
You can purchase the Mines Recipe once you’ve escaped the spiked traps before going into Castle Dimitrescu from the Duke for 3,500 Lei. Metal Scrap and Rusted Scrap can be found throughout the game.

Sniper Rifle

Sniper Rifle Ammo, Requires> Gunpowder x2, Rusted Scrap x1, Chem Fluid x1.
Becomes available from the Duke when you first meet him after having escaped the Mines for 4,000 Lei. Gunpowder, Rusted Scrap and Chem Fluid are found throughout the game.

Pipe Bombs

Pipe Bombs, Require> Gunpowder x2, Rusted Scrap x1, Chem Fluid x1.
The Pipe Bomb Recipe can be purchased form the Duke for 2,500 Lei on your 2nd visit to the Village after defeating Lady Dimitrescu. Gunpowder, Rusted Scrap and Chem Fluid are found throughout the game.

Explosive Rounds

Explosive Rounds, Require> Gunpowder x1, Metal Scrap x1, Herb x1.
Explosive Rounds can be bought from the Duke on your third visit to the Village after having completed the House Beneviento section of the game for 3,000 Lei. Gunpowder, Metal Scrap and Herbs are found throughout the game.

Flashbangs

Flashbangs, Require> Chem Fluid x1, Rusted Scrap x1, Herb x1.
Flashbangs are available from the Duke on your third visit to the village after defeating Moreau and will cost 3,000 Lei. Chem Fluid, Rusted Scrap and Herbs are found throughout the game.

Magnum Ammo

Magnum Ammo, Requires> NG+, A Magnum Weapon, Gunpowder x4, Metal Scrap x1, Rusted Scrap x1.
You can get a Magnum either after defeating Moreau where you will have the Crank. Use the Crank to open the gate opposite the Windmill you exit the Reservoir from then follow the path up to the highest building which you can enter through the back of via a crawl-space. Once inside, open the Chest on the table to acquire the M1851 Wolfsbane Magnum. Alternatively, you can purchase the S.T.A.K.E. Magnum for 300,000 Lei in NG+ from the Duke before entering Castle Dimitrescu. Once you have a Magnum, you can then purchase the Magnum Ammo Recipe from the Duke for 10,000 Lei. Gunpowder, Metal Scrap and Rusted Scrap are found throughout the game.

Rifle Ammo

Rifle Ammo, Requires> NG+, An Assault Rifle, Herb x1, Metal Scrap x1, Rusted Scrap x1.
You will need to have purchased an Assault Rifle from the Extra Content Shop (Complete the game, Main Menu> Bonuses> Extra Content Shop), you have the choice of the Dragoon or the WCX. Then in NG+, the Rifle Ammo Recipe will become available for purchase from the Duke for 10,000 Lei. Herbs, Metal Scrap and Rusted Scrap can be found throughout the game.

Rocket Pistol Ammo

Rocket Pistol Ammo, Requires> Rocket Pistol, Herb x1, Metal Scrap x1, Rusted Scrap x2.
The Rocket Pistol only becomes available for purchase after beating the game on the Village Of Shadows difficulty and can be purchased in the Extra Content Shop (beat the game once then go Main Menu> Bonuses> Extra Content Shop). Once you have the Rocket Pistol, you can purchase the Rocket Pistol Ammo from the Duke for 10,000 Lei. Herbs, Metal Scrap and Rusted Scrap are found throughout the game.

Once you have purchased all 11 recipes, Artisan will unlock. Craft all 11 Recipes to unlock your Tinkerer Trophy.
