Here is the Resident Evil Village When You Gotta Go Trophy Guide helping you open every Outhouse door in a single playthrough. There are 10 Outhouses found throughout the game you need to open, there a several more locked ones, however, you can ignore these as they aren’t required for the Trophy. An Outhouse looks like a very small wooden building with a toilet inside, simply walk up and move your character towards the door which will then open. Ensure you open all 10 Outhouses in a single playthrough in order to be able to unlock your Trophy. The Outhouses can be found at the following locations:
Outhouse 1
Village 1F, West Old Town.
Once inside the Village, head through the door to the right of the dead horse and through the stables, exiting out of the far side, look over to the right to find the Outhouse.
Outhouse 2
Village 1F, Luiza’s House.
After the first Lycan attack in the village where you meet the old man who has last a lot of blood, go through and open the gates to allow him and his daughter through then look to the left of the gate to see the Outhouse.
Outhouse 3
Village 1F, Lone Road.
After defeating Lady Dimitrescu, go outside and over to your right to find a small building, go through the door then out the back to where you will find the Outhouse to your left.
Outhouse 4
Village 1F, 2nd Visit.
Go through the large house in between the Maiden Of War and Fallow Plot areas of the map, go through the house to the back yard where you will find the blue Outhouse over to your left.
Outhouse 5
Village 1F, 2nd Visit.
Immediately after opening the door to Outhouse 4, go right then left through the doorway, hold Cross to slide the shelves out of the way, go outside.
Look right, kill the Lycan then open the door to the Outhouse behind where the Lycan was standing.
Outhouse 6
Village 1F, West Old Town.
Once you have crawled under the tractor and dealt with the powerful Lycan at the end of the path, look right to find the Outhouse next to the Iron Insignia Gate.
Outhouse 7
Village 1F, West Old Town.
Once you have entered the 6th Outhouse, you can go to the right to find a blue gate with a yellow padlock, shoot it to be able to go through the gate where you will see the Outhouse over to the right.
Outhouse 8
Village 1F, West Old Town.
Go through the Iron Insignia Gate next to where you found Outhouse 6, climb the ladder then drop off to the left side of the roof.
Go around to the left of the house to find the Outhouse.
Outhouse 9
The Village 1F, Garden.
As you make your way back from House Beneviento, go uphill to the Gardener’s House. Look to the left of the house to see the Outhouse.
Outhouse 10
Moreau Sluice Gate Control.
Leave the building with the sluice gate controls then take a right where you will find the final Outhouse.
Once you have found all 10 Outhouses in a single playthrough, your Trophy will unlock.
