This guide will help you equip a Very Rare Item and complete a game in an Arena with turbulent weather, trade in five items of the same quality to receive an item of the next-highest quality and complete all placement matches in any Competitive Playlist as well as everything else required in the eighth DLC pack for Rocket League.
Storm Trooper
Equip a Very Rare Item and complete a game in an Arena with turbulent weather
You will receive a very rare item by playing and winning online matches, as this is a random drop, you could get one on our first win or your hundredth so keep playing until you receive a rare item, any one will do for this one. You can check if you have a very rare item by going to your inventory (main menu> Garage> Manage Inventory) then press Triangle, go to Quality and select Very Rare.
As soon as you have a very rare item, go off and start an exhibition match (main menu> Play> Custom Games> Exhibition), change the Game Mode to Soccar, the Arena to anything that has Stormy in the title such as DFH Stadium (stormy), Mannfield (Stormy) or Beckwith Park (Stormy), the Bot Difficulty to No Bots. Then in the Mutator Settings, change the Max Score to 1 Goal then start the match. Simply score a goal to conclude the match, at which point, your Trophy will then unlock.
Good Times
Head to Champions Field and complete an Online game
There is no way of boosting this one, you need to simply play online games until you get a match on the Champions Field Arena. Once you have completed the match, your Trophy will unlock.
Swap Meet
Trade and receive one or more items with another player in a single transaction
You will need to have 1 friend online with the game then from the main menu, press Square to create a party, select your friend who has the game then select them on the screen, invite them to trade. Choose any item you have, they then need to accept the invite to trade, select any item they have to trade, you both need to ready up, then after a few seconds, the trade will be complete and your Trophy will unlock.
Trade Secret
Trade In five items of the same quality to receive an item of the next-highest quality
You will receive a plethora of items from playing in and winning online matches or you can receive them through trades or from crate drops (complete weekly challenges). To see the quality of an item, common, ultra rare, legacy etc go to your Manage Inventory (main menu> Garage> Manage Inventory) then press Triangle to Show Filters, select Quality then choose any one with 5 or more in brackets, for example, Uncommon(26) or Exotic(7). Select 5 items of the same quality that are tradeable then press Options to complete the trade which will then in turn upgrade the 5 items into 1 item from the next highest category. When you have successfully traded your five items to receive a higher quality item, your Trophy will unlock.
Rank Up
Complete all placement matches in any Competitive Playlist
You need to be a minimum of Rank 10 to be able to access Competitive mode, once you can, go into Competitive (main menu> Play> Competitive) and play 10 matches. At the conclusion of your tenth match, win, lose or draw, your Trophy will unlock.
Coming On Strong
Score or Assist a combined 30 goals or assists in Casual or Competitive Online matches
Playing in Casual matches will make this a lot easier….hopefully, this one is kind of luck of the draw as to how good your opponents are. Sometimes you will play against players that can barely touch the ball and you’ll score several goals in a match and get a good few assists if your team mates are good, other times you will go up against the Rocket League version of the British SAS and won’t be able to score a single goal or get a touch on the ball for love nor money. Take your time with this one, as long as you either get a touch on the ball as an assist before your team mate scores or get an actual goal 30 times, your Trophy will unlock.
