Location: Pell Los Plateau, El Ravaca Village, Why Have You Forsaken Us, Sector No. 4 Laboratory Wing.
Work through the Why Have You Forsaken Us? side mission in the El Ravaca Village district then take out the Spider and the Abomination then before taking the elevator up go over to the alcove on the right side of the room where you can collect the, The Day the Black Moon Rose 1 item.

The Day The Black Moon Rose 2
Location: Pell Los Plateau, El Ravaca Village, Why Have You Forsaken Us, Sector No. 4 Laboratory Wing.
Proceed through the Sector No. 4 Laboratory Wing to the section where you need to platform down. Take out the exploding Plague enemy then go to the very end and drop off to the right side then platform down to the left then follow the path to the ladder you can climb at the top of which will be the, The Day the Black Moon Rose 2.

Prophecy 1
Location: Heart of Pell Los, Vaisar Gate, Corruptor’s Fortress, Vaisar Watchtower.
Load into the Corruptor’s Fortress main mission in the Vaisar Gate district then either teleport to or work your way round to the Vaisar Watchtower Blade Nexus. Cross the ramparts taking care not to get hit by the siege weaponry then drop down pass the Beast, climb the ladder and drop down through the hole. Take out the Knights and Soldiers then drop down again making your way round to the Elite Knight who you can either defeat or run pass. Take a left up the stairs when you get to the Villagers and take a right into the room with the Beast who you need to put down. With the local area safe, look in the wooden structure on the right side to find the Prophecy 1 item.

Prophecy 2
Location: Heart of Pell Los, Vaisar Gate, Crimson Trace, Bloodstained Fountain.
The Crimson Trace side mission can be found in the Vaisar Gate district and is accessible once the Corruptor’s Fortress main mission has been completed and to find the Prophecy 2 item you need to go forward and take out the Elite Specter. Run forward then before engaging the Elite Revenant Devourer look to the left of the area by a pile of bodies to collect the item.

Location: Heart of Pell Los, Vaisar Gate, Transcendental Sword, Path of the Fallen.
Open the door to the side of the Path of the Fallen Blade Nexus in the Transcendental Sword side mission situated in the Vaisar Gate district and defeat the Elite Spectre then stand in front of the 2 coffins whilst facing the stairs to get your bearings. Look to the right wall and hit the middle of it inline with the coffin to reveal a secret room inside of which will be the, The Day the Black Moon Rose 3 item.

Hismar Conquest 1
Location: Heart of Pell Los, Vaisar Gate, Transcendental Sword, Tomb of the Forgotten.
Work through the tomb taking out the Undead and Goblins whilst avoiding the edges of the platforms. Be careful of the floor trap and take special care around the shielded Undead until you reach the ladder you can climb. At the top of the ladder, go left before going up the stairs and loot the Hismar Conquest 1 item from the floor in front of the tombs.

Hismar Conquest 2
Location: Heart of Pell Los, Rovelion Imperial Theater, Strange Melody, Grand Central Theater.
Rest at the Grand Central Theater Blade Nexus in the Strange Melody main mission then stay on the upper level, go left and follow the path to the end where you will find the Hismar Conquest 2 item in front of the statue.

Prophecy 3
Location: Heart of Pell Los, Rovelion Imperial Theater, Centurial Order, Annex Corridor.
From the start of the Centurial Order side mission which is accessible once you have completed the Strange Melody main mission in the Rovelion Imperial Theater district cross the bridge taking out the Knights and Soldiers then follow the path down to the Fire Mage who will be pacing bahind a beached catapult stuck on the stairs. Take a left then defeat the 2 Knights before looking at the back wall which you can hit to reveal a secret room with 1 Knight and 2 Archers. Take them down the go round to the left, before leaving the room collect the Prophecy 3 item from the floor on the right.

Prophecy 4
Location: Heart of Pell Los, Rovelion Imperial Theater, Centurial Order, Annex Corridor.
Carrying on in the Centurial Order side mission after collecting Prophecy 3, continue through the biome and go down the stairs. Take out the Archer and the Shield Knight then take the left into the corridor where the Shield Knight was waiting to ambush you, go to the end then take a left where you can collect the Prophecy 4 item.

Reese 1
Location: Vitalon Capital of the Empire, Capital City Vitalon, Fall of the Empire, Old Town.
Head through the Old Town biome in the Fall of the Empire main mission found in the Capital City Vitalon district to the first building you enter then go into the room with the Fire Mage on the ground floor directly in front of the entrance. Take out all enemies in the local area then collect the Reese 1 item over to the right of the room.

The Day The Black Moon Rose 4
Location: Vitalon Capital of the Empire, Capital City Vitalon, Fall of the Empire, Old Town.
Proceed through the biome pass the giant Knight with the Halberd then open the gates leading through to the Chaos Crystals. Take out the first Beast and any Villagers then look on the main path in front of the giant statue to find The Day The Black Moon Rose 4 item.

Reese 2
Location: Vitalon Capital of the Empire, Great Temple, Bloodied Sanctuary, Path to the Temple.
Proceed through the Path to the Temple biome in the Bloodied Sanctuary main mission found in the Great Temple district then go through pass the Fae and into the building. Take the stairs up then look in the centre of the altar before going across the bridge to the Path to the Chapel Blade Nexus where you will see the Reese 2 item you can acquire.

Reese 3
Location: Vitalon Capital of the Empire, Great Temple, Bloodied Sanctuary, Main Entrance of the Temple.
Rest at the Main Entrance of the Temple Blade Nexus in the Bloodied Sanctuary main mission situated in the Great Temple district then follow the path through and down to a small elevator you would usually ride up o progress through the biome. Go down the path opposite the elevator and open the gate back to the Blade Nexus as this next part can be very dangerous.
Drop down off the ledge on to the rooftops behind the elevator and take out both Eyeballs as a priority to avoid Hallucination. Then eliminate both Beasts and the Lycan before carefully dropping down on the left side looking first to ensure you land on the beams then follow the beam around to the collectible in the centre which will be the Reese 3 item.

Hismar Conquest 3
Location: Vitalon Capital of the Empire, Great Temple, The Vow, Forbidden Passage.
The Vow is a side mission in the Great Temple district of the Vitalon Capital of the Empire region and one which can be accessed once you have the 3 pieces of the Temple Key and have spoken with Daphrona in the Crevice. Work your way through the catacombs taking out the Undead, Lycans and Goblins until you get to the Undead Mage and the 2 shield wielding Undead. Open the gate then go to the front of the cylindrical elevator then rather than getting on the elevator go behind it to find the Hismar Conquest 3 collectible.

Hismar Conquest 4
Location: Vitalon Capital of the Empire, Great Temple, The Vow, Ruins Bridge.
Head down the stairs from the Ruins Bridge Blade Nexus into the watery cavern practically filled with Lycans in the Vow side mission then go left to the end of the first cut out in the rock where you can collect the Hismar Conquest 4 item from the left side of the waterfall. Might be tricky to see but get close enough and you’ll see the glow.
