Here is the The Last Of Us Part 1 Chronicles trophy guide where you need to find all notes and artifacts throughout the game. This is the largest trophy in the game with an impressive 97 collectibles to find throughout the main game as well as the Left Behind DLC which is included with the PlayStation 5 version of the game and can be accessed from the main menu. Collecting an artefact is just a case of going to the artefacts location then picking it up and they serve no purpose other than adding lore and backstory to the game world and environment.
The Last Of Us Part 1 Notes And Artefacts
Using the Enhanced Listen mode feature which can be found by pausing> Accessibility> Navigation and Traversal> Enhanced Listen Mode> On> Scan Time> 30m> Scan Range> 1s where you can then hold down R1 and press Circle to send out a sonar which will show you all nearby collectibles including the notes and artefacts. To see what artefacts you have collected throughout the game press Touchpad then tab right to the Artefacts section where any artefacts you haven’t yet looked at will have a yellow dot next to them.
Given the amount of notes and artefacts there are to find throughout the Last of Us Part 1 I have broken the Notes and Artefacts down into their own guides with the 14 artefacts being acquirable in the DLC which is accessible in our The Last Of Us Part 1 Left Behind Artefact guide. All artefacts can be acquired via chapter select if you have missed any as long as you do so before you get to the end of the game as your game will autosave back at the start so ensure you have manual saves you can go back to.
Hometown
There are no Notes or Artefacts to be found in Hometown.
The Quarantine Zone

Once you have acquired every artefact in The Last Of Us Part 1, your trophy will unlock.
