Cheesy Pick-Up is a side quest you will have to complete in order to gain access to the Weepwild Dankness area you need to go to in the main story during Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands.
Go to the cheese curl that is blocking your path and interact with it where Tiny Tina will place a padlock on it tasking you with going off to find the key. Fortunately the mine is directly behind you and requires you to go through and clear out 2 waves of skeletons.
The final enemy you need to deal with is a Badass Skeleton Mage who can hit hard but aim for the head and he’ll be down soon enough
Collect the key from the chest when prompted then interact with the padlock on the cheese curl to complete the side quest.
