Here is the Watch Dogs 2 One-Man Garage trophy guide which will help you buy 25 cars in car dealerships. This trophy will require you to have about $270,000 saved up. That is quite a large amount, so you need to start saving from early on in the story. You can still feel free to purchase weapons, but know that the amount you spend you’ll have to make back.
The best way to make money (after you’ve completed the story) is to collect the larger Money Bags, marked on the map (pictured below). These will give you around $17,000 every time you pick one up and there are many across the map.
The smaller ones will give you about $4,000. You can pick up all the bags with your RC Jumper, so you can stay out of trouble.
Once you have enough money, head over to Total Motors in San Francisco, near Painted Ladies (pictured below). This place has the cheapest cars. Talk to the clerk behind the desk and you can look at all the cars for sale.
