Earn every trophy in the game
Newcomer
Start a new career in WRC9
From the Main Menu choose Career followed by New Career, you will then go through several linear steps in sorting out what car / team you drive before you sign a contract.
At this point the game will load up the Headquarter’s of your chosen team and your Trophy will unlock.
Hotshot
Win 100 Stages
Stages can be won in any of the available game modes and can be done driving any of the cars from any of the car classes.
After picking up your 100th stage win your Trophy will unlock immediately after crossing the finish line for that stage.
Night owl
Win 5 Stages at night
Night stages appear in career mode and multiplayer mode randomly so you get get this through natural progression of the game.
However if you wish to get this done quickly choose Quick Play from the Drive menu then make sure the stage you choose is set to night, turn damage off and make sure the AI are set to easy then win 5 separate stages to unlock this Trophy.
Hard worker
Complete a season objective
Season objectives are only available when driving a WRC car in career mode so start and new career and work your way up the rankings until you accept a contract to drive with a WRC team.
The team will then set you a season goal which can be obtained in each rally, the season goal could be harder like win one rally or easier like place top 5 in a rally, this is random for each team, once you do complete your team’s season objective your Trophy will unlock at the conclusion of that rally.
Perfectionist
Complete 5 objectives of any type during the same season
Objectives appear as short term (1-4 weeks) and medium term (3-8 weeks), examples of short term include don’t use soft tyres in the next rally and don’t use hard tyres in the next rally.
Examples of medium term include don’t spend £40,000 in the next 5 weeks and keep your car’s condition above 35 for the next 7 weeks.
Each season consists of 13 rallies so you have ample time to observe exactly what objective you have to complete so make sure you pay attention and you can get this done by the halfway point of your WRC career.
Race master
Win a Stage with the difficulty set to 150%
Authentic is the hardest difficulty in the game and requires near perfect stage knowledge as minimal mistakes will be punished as the AI simply wont make mistakes so your best strategy is to play different stages from different rallies and then choose a stage your comfortable with.
You can then up the difficulty to authentic and set a time, find out how quick the AI are and then work out where you can brake later and where you can cut corners to save vital time.
After several attempts and your times will improve, once you cross the finish line to win your Trophy will unlock.
WRC 2 driver
Join the WRC 2 Championship
During your career mode you will start driving a Junior WRC car by winning stages and rallies you will eventually get noticed by other teams. Participating in manufacturer try-outs will help improve your reputation, by been consistent and keeping a good rating a WRC 2 team can offer you a contract to drive for them.
Accepting this contract will then load up the headquarters for the WRC 2 team and unlock your Trophy.
WRC Champion
Become WRC World Champion
Starting your career mode off you accept a contract with a Junior WRC Team, your aim is to perform well in rallies and manufacturer try-outs to get the attention of a WRC 2 team. They will offer you a contract, by repeating the same method eventually you will get an offer from a WRC team.
Now you need to perform consistently over the 13 rallies that make up each calendar year, you won’t need to win every rally but getting a podium will increase your points total nicely.
Other things to take note of is the final stage in each rally called the power stage, offers points for setting the fastest time in this stage which will all help.
Once the season has ended and you have become the WRC Champion, your Trophy will unlock.

There is no Authentic difficulty setting, so how can we get Race Master? Is it a glitch?
Hello dude,
Unfortunately Race Master is currently glitched. The dev’s are aware of the situation, so hopefully the patch will be coming soon, as soon as it’s obtainable, we will get the YouTube guide done and will update the WRC 9 guide 🥇👍🥇
Probably a smidgen late, but I got it by winning a stage on 150% difficulty.
Great guide thank you.
First time I’ve ever played this, I’m great in the snow, but on gravel I’m really struggling to compete with the AI, even though the setting is the same as in snow.
Am I missing something? Is the best approach to be hand brake and drifting around corners?
Hello dude
Gravel has a different feel to snow, you have less grip so have to use less steering input to keep the car moving in the correct direction, you need to brake earlier for corners due to the less grip
Hard gravel like Argentina is harder than say soft gravel like Sardinia so might take a couple of attempts to get used to how it feels
Move brake hose to the front of the car so you have better front end braking
Hope that helps
All the best
Griffin
Hi!
I’ve unlocked all of the “Winner In” trophies, but not unlocked Hero. The only rally I didn’t podium in at the WRC level was Kenya. Will I need to go through another season and podium there in the WRC class to unlock the trophy?
Thanks.
Hello dude
As long as you podium all rallies no matter the vehicle class hero should unlock so you probably have an issue that the developers should hear about
https://www.kylotonn.com/en/
Use that link to make them aware of your problems
Hope that helps
Griffin
Thanks for the advice!
Great Guide 👍 But personally for 1000km trophy I found the Japan track Nagakute. You make 7,19 km in under 4 minutes using Yaris WRC. Easy and fast 😊
Ah nice work dude. Awesome job getting it done 🏅
