Here is the Black Myth Wukong A Curious Colletion trophy guide which will help you collect every Curios on the game of which there are 36 and with one of them being highly missable I recommend reading through the guide before advancing to far in the story and ensuring you acquire the Auspicious Lantern Curios BEFORE defeating the mandatory Captain Wise-Voice boss in the Pagoda Realm otherwise you will either need to start the game again or get it in new game+. You will also need to ensure you defeat the Wandering Wight boss BEFORE you defeat the Elder Jinchi boss if you want to get the Cat Eye Beads Curios.
Curios can be equipped as and when you receive them and they can give you significant advantages if you have the right Curios equipped for the boss / tough enemies you are facing such as having a Shock resistance Curios equipped when going up against a lightning based boss or equipping a Curios which increases your base defence is usually a good choice for most encounters. Cat Eye Beads
Missable.
Ensure you defeat the Wandering Wight before Elder Jinchi otherwise Wandering Wight will disappear.
Location: Black Wind Mountain, Forest of Wolves, Outside the Forest.
Effect: Slightly increases critical hit chance.
The Cat Eye Beads Curios will drop from the optional and missable Wandering Wight boss who you need to defeat before you put another optional boss, Elder Jinchi down in the Ancient Guanyin Temple as you work towards unlocking Temple of Taint.
Agate Jar
Location: Black Wind Mountain, Black Wind Cave, Cave Interior.
Effect: Moderately increases defence.
The Agate Jar can be found in a chest just pass the arena where you fought and defeated the mandatory Black Wind King boss in the Cave Interior region.
Back Scratcher
Location: Black Wind Mountain, Black Wind Cave, Bodhi Peak.
Effect: Considerably increases maximum Stamina.
The Back Scratcher will be purchasable from the Bodhi Peak shrine after you have defeated the Black Bear Guai boss who finishes off Chapter 1. Rest at the Sandgate Village, Village Entrance shrine in Yellow Wind Ridge then fast travel back to Bodhi Peak where the Back Scratcher Curios can be purchased for 2,400 Will.
Boshan Censer
Location: Black Wind Mountain, Forest of Wolves, Outside the Forest.
Effect: Grants considerable damage reduction when Gourd use is depleted.
The Boshan Censer Curios will drop from the optional Red Loong boss who is behind a waterfall in the Northern section of the Outside the Forest region and is one of the 4 secret Loong bosses you need to defeat as you work towards unlocking The Sire and Sons. You will need the Loong Scales from the secret cavern next to the optional First Prince of Flowing Sands boss to enter the cavern behind the waterfall.
Goldflora Hairpin
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Squall Hideout.
Effect: Slightly increases Will gained from defeating enemies.
The Goldflora Hairpin can be purchased from the Man-In-Stone who is at the end of the canyon to the right of the Squall Hideout shrine, however, before the Man-In-Stone will become a vendor you firstly need to defeat the optional Mother of Stones boss which awards you the Stone Essence. Give the Stone Essence to the Man-In-Stone who will then awaken and become the Man-In-Stone boss. Defeat him then rest at a shrine returning to the now humbled vendor who will sell you the Goldflora Hairpin Curios for 12,800 Will.
Tricadna Pendant
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Rockrest Flat.
Effect: Sightly reduces cooldown of all Spells.
The Tricadna Pendant can be looted from the cheat which forms from the corpse of the optional Black Loong boss who is one of the 4 secret Loong bosses you need to take down as you work towards unlock The Sire and Sons and can be found by going right, up the hill and through the sand-fall from the Rockrest Flat shrine and can only be accessed once you have the Loong Scales which are in a cavern to the left of the arena where you fought the First Prince of Flowing Sands boss.
Glazed Reliquary
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Yellow Wind Formation, Windrest Hamlet.
Effect: While perfect dodging, recovers a small amount of Stamina.
The Glazed Reliquary Curios can be found in a chest at the back of the caverns you can enter once the optional Tiger’s Acolyte boss has been defeated.
Tiger Tally
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Kingdom of Sahali, Sandgate Pass.
Effect: Upon successful hits with light attack combo, moderately increases Attack for a short duration.
The Tiger Tally Curios will drop from the optional Tiger Vanguard (Chief) boss who is in the Kingdom of Sahali which is the secret area in Yellow Wind Ridge accessible once the Drunken Boar Quest has been completed and the optional Yellow-Robed Squire boss has been defeated.
Mani Bead
Location: The New West, Snowhill Path, Mirrormere
Effect: In chilled state, moderately increases critical hit chance.
The Mani Bead Curios will be a random drop from any of the frozen enemies which come to life as you approach on the shore of the frozen lake in the Mirrormere region. Keep defeating the enemies then resting at the shrine until the Mani Bead drops.
Fine China Tea Bowl
Location: The New West, Pagoda Realm, Lower Pagoda.
Effect: Moderately increases Stamina recovery rate.
Make your way around the Lower Pagoda all the way taking everything out as you go to the section with the broken rocks. Look to the left of the area to find an altar with a small chest that holds the Fina China Tea Curios.
Frostsprout Twig
Location: The New West, Pagoda Realm, Upper Pagoda.
Effect: Moderately increases Chill resistance.
The Frostsprout Twig curios will drop from the optional Captain-Lotus Vision boss who you need to defeat in order to remove the purple seals from the cells gaining you access to several Spirts, treasures and the Third Prince’s cell.
Auspicious Lantern
Highly Missable.
Ensure you acquire the Auspicious Lantern Curios BEFORE you defeat the mandatory Captain Wise-Voice boss otherwise the Mani Wheel will stop and the Wardens won’t appear again until new game plus.
Location: The New West, Pagoda Realm.
Effect: Inflicts chants-beguiled effect to the bearer in Cloud Step; Moderately increases attack, but massively reduces maximum Health.
The Auspicious Lantern Curios is highly missable as you need to defeat the 7 Lantern Wardens in the Pagoda Realm and given the fact the only appear in the “enraged state” which occurs every 3 minutes and lasts for around 90 seconds you have small windows to defeat the Wardens. 6 of who can be found in the main Lower Pagoda and Upper pagoda regions, the final Warden can be found by going to the top of the prison then running forward rather than left and dropping down to a secret area. Defeat the Blade Monk Spirit and any other enemies which then allows you to focus on the Warden who will then, as long as this was the last one award you with the Auspicious Lantern Curios.
Maitreya's Orb
Location: The New West, Valley of Ecstasy, Mindfulness Cliff.
Effect: Land enough successful hits on the enemy to avoid the next fatal blow.
The Maitreya’s Orb Curios can be looted from a chest to the left of the second cavern you can enter as you make your way up to the mandatory Non-White boss. Defeat all of the enemies in the local area then loot the Maitreya’s Orb when the area is safe.
Bronze Buddha Pendant
Location: The New West, Valley of Ecstasy, Longevity Road.
Effect: Slightly increases Four Banes resistance.
The Bronze Buddha Pendant Curios has a low chance of dropping from Wolf Guardian enemies, 3 of which can be found by going back the way you came to the Longevity Road shrine (it’s a shorter run than going from the Forest of Felicity shrine), there is one on the rocks behind the Overlord then another 2 will drop down as you run back through the gate. Keep defeating these yellow-robed, sickle wielding acrobats until the Bronze Buddha Pendant Curios drops.
Gold Spikeplate
Location: The New West, Valley of Ecstasy, Longevity Road.
Effect: Considerably increases Defence; deals damage to surrounding enemies upon taking hits.
Rest at the Longevity Road shrine then go off to the left staying on the higher ground where you will come to an Overlord who will drop the Gold Spikeplate curios upon its defeat.
Beast Buddha
Location: The New West, New Thunderclap Temple, Temple Entrance.
Effect: Moderately increases critical hit damage.
The Beast Buddha Curios has a low chance of dropping from Twin-Blade Monks, one of who can be found just pass the Temple Entrance shrine. Keep defeating the Monk until it drops the Beast Buddha Curios.
Thunderflame Seal
Location: The New West, New Thunderclap Temple, Temple Entrance.
Effect: Considerably increases maximum Mana.
The Thunderflame Seal Curios has a low chance of dropping from any of the Thunder Rhino Masters who are the Mages which summon lightning to attack you and the most efficient way I found of farming them is to go through the first building from the Temple Entrance shrine, use Cloud Step to get pass the Monks then defeat the 4 Mages on the stairs. Go up to the left then defeat the next 2 Rhino Masters before fast travelling back to the Temple Entrance shrine, rinse and repeat until you get the Thunderflame Seal Curios.
Thunderstone
Location: The New West, New Thunderclap Temple, Temple Entrance.
Effect: Moderately increases Shock resistance.
The Thunderstone Curios can be found the large building behind the stairs you need to climb with the 4 Thunder Rhino Masters on them and will be easier if you go round the back of the building as that way you should only need to defeat 1 Blind Monk. If you go through the building you will have 2 Blind and 1 Twin Blade Monk to defeat which can make this troublesome. Loot the chest when the area is safe to acquire the Thunderstone Curios.
Snow Fox Brush
Location: The New West, Valley of Ecstasy, Forest of Felicity.
Effect: Moderately increases the duration of Transformations.
The Snow Fox Brush Curios will be gifted to you once you have completed a few steps. Firstly, speak to the large corpse to the left of the Forest of Felicity shrine until you receive the Snow Fox Brush which transforms you into the bloody Snow Fox. You then need to go back to New Thunderclap Temple and defeat the optonal Non-Void boss who can be found on the far left of the Temple and will aggro as long as you enter the arena in your transformed state. With the Non-Void boss defeated you can then return to the corpse where you acquired the Snow Fox Brush who will then accept death and drop you the now equippable Snow Fox Brush Curios.
Cuo Jin-Yin Belt Hook
Location: The Webbed Ridge, Webbed Hollow, Upper Hollow.
Effect: Moderately increases Poison resistance.
Once the, The Second Sister boss has been defeated, drop down through the hole Zhu Bajie has dug then upon awakening after the Spider attack you can go down the slope and loot the Cuo Jin-Yin Belt Hook Curios from the chest.
Spine In The Sack
Location: The Webbed Ridge, Webbed Hollow.
Effect: Moderately increases Poison damage.
As you work through the Webbed Ridge chapter you will come across a lot of cocoons, some of which will contain enemies and some, on rare occasions the cocoons will drop a Spine in the Sack Curios.
Jade Moon Rabbit
Location: The Webbed Ridge, Webbed Hollow, Hut of Immortality.
Effect: Slightly increases damage reduction; this effect is enhanced when equipped with Gold Sun Crow.
You will be awarded the Jade Moon Rabbit Curios once the mandatory Zhu Bajie boss has been defeated (the second time you fight him).
Tablet Of The Three Supreme
Location: The Webbed Ridge, Temple of Yellow Flowers, Forest of Ferocity.
Go pass the Snake Herbalist, up the stairs then look to your right and defeat the optional Commander Beetle boss. With the Commander and his troop defeated you can loot the Tablet of the Three Supreme from the chest at the back of the arena.
Virtuous Bamboo Engraving
Location: The Webbed Ridge, Temple of Yellow Flowers, Temple Entrance.
Effect: Slightly increases Might recovery rate.
The Virtuous Bamboo Engraving Curios has a low chance of dropping from Worm Practitioner’s and the easiest place I found to farm them is by going up the stairs from the Temple Entrance shrine then off to your right into the gardens area. There will be plenty of Worm Practitioner’s in here so use your target lock to find them then keep clearing the field until you receive the Virtuous Bamboo Engraving Curios.
Tiger Tendon Belt
Location: The Webbed Ridge, Temple of Yellow Flowers, Court of Illumination.
Effect: For a brief moment after seeing through the enemy, considerably increases attack.
The Tiger Tendon Belt Curios has a low chance of dropping from Snake Sherriff enemies and the easiest one to farm is by going back the way you came in to the Court of Illumination shrine. Take out the 2 Warriors then jump into the water on your left. Keep farming the Snake Sherriff until you receive the Tiger Tendon Belt Curios.
Gold Sun Crow
Location: The Webbed Ridge, Purple Cloud Mountain, Valley of Blooms.
Effect: Slightly increases damage bonus; this effect is enhanced when equipped with Jade Moon Rabbit.
The Gold Sun Crow can be looted from a chest in the Purple Cloud Mountain region which is a secret area accessible once the optional Venom Daoist boss and optional Venom Daoist second encounter boss have both been put down which reveals a painting you can enter. Go through to the Valley of Blooms shrine then cross the bridge and follow the path round to the first Lushleaf who wakes up. Defeat it then go up the slope up opposite and follow the path up across the fallen tree trunk to the platform which holds the chest containing the Gold Sun Crow Curios.
Celestial Registry Tablet
Location: The Webbed Ridge, Purple Cloud Mountain, Valley of Blooms.

Rest at the Valley of Blooms shrine in Purple Cloud Mountain then cross the plain after dropping down into the water to your right off the bridge. You will come to a small gazebo guarded by a Warrior. Defeat him then loot the chest inside the gazebo to acquire the Celestial Registry Tablet Curios
Preservation Orb
Location: The Webbed Ridge, Temple of Yellow Flowers, Court of Illumination.
Effect: For a relatively long duration after resurrection, increases maximum Health, Mana and Stamina.
The Preservation Orb Curios initially won’t be available until you have defeated the Hundred-Eyed Daoist Master boss which concludes your time in The Webbed Ridge chapter. Return to the Court of Illumination shrine once you have rested at the Flaming Mountains, Ashen Pass I shrine in Chapter 5 then go back to where you fought the optional Venom Daoist (second encounter) boss. Go through to the gardens outside the cavern staying left where an altar will have spawned upon which will be the Preservation Orb Curios.
Golden Carp
Location: The Webbed Ridge, Webbed Hollow, Relief of Fallen Loong.
Effect: Moderately increases the chance of obtaining materials from defeated enemies.
The Golden Carp Curios will drop from the optional Yellow Loong boss who is one of the toughest bosses in the game and one no one will judge you if you need to come back in Chapter 5 to put him down and the Yellow Loong serves as the final of the 4 secret Loong bosses you need to defeat in order to unlock The Sire and Sons and can only be fought once you have defeated the first 3 Loong bosses who are:
Try your best to put Yellow Loong down then once you do secure the win you will come away with a bag full of goodies including the Golden Carp Curios.
Amber Prayer Beads
Location: Flaming Mountains, Woods of Ember, Height of Ember.
Effect: Moderately increases the speed of building up Focus Points.
You will need to defeat the mandatory Father of Stones boss then enter the dark caverns at the end of the path. Go right taking care not to get ambushed by the self-immolating enemies then loot the Amber Prayer Beads Curios from the chest in the small outside section.
White Seashell Waist Chain
Location: Flaming Mountains, Furnace Valley, Rakshasa Palace.
Effect: Slightly increases Attack.
Once you get to the Rakshasa Palace shrine you will need to go through an area which has a good number of Bull Soldier’s. The White Seashell Chain Curios has a low chance of dropping from any of the Bull Soldier’s in the area.
Gold Button
Location: Flaming Mountains, Furnace Valley, Rakshasa Palace.
Effect: When at full Health, significantly increases Attack.
At the back wall in the lava of the Rakshasa Palace biome will be 2 giant Sea Rakshasa enemies. Equip the Fireproof Mantle vessel to negate the lava damage then take them both down in any order to receive the Gold Button Curios.
Flame Orb
Location: Flaming Mountains, Field of Fire, Cooling Slope.
Effect: Moderately increases Burn Resistance.
The Flame Orb Curios will drop from the optional Rusty-Gold boss in the Cooling Slope region of the Flaming Mountains.
Doaist's Basket Of Fire And Water
Location: Flaming Mountains, Bishui Cave, Corridor of Fire and Ice.
Effect: Moderately increases Attack for all burn-inflicting and chill-inflicting Transformations.
The Daoist’s Basket of Fire and Water will drop from the optional Bishui Golden-Eyed Beast boss who is at the back of the secret Bishui Caves area which is accessible once you have completed the 5 Carts quest and the Pale-Axe Stalwart has passed away.
Waterward Orb
Location: Mount Huaguo, Foothills, Verdant Path.
Effect: Considerably increases Defence when in water.
