Healing is a very important aspect of Black Myth Wukong as I’m sure you’re aware if you have played more than 15 minutes of the game and as such having varying ways to heal can greatly increase your chances of survival and the wide spectrum of healing abilities the various Drinks, Soaks and Gourds offer means there will be a use case for most scenarios.
Drinks
There are 9 Drinks to collect in Black Myth Wukong and to get them all you will need to go through all 6 chapters in the game. Refer to the Drinks to find the locations and effects for all 9 Drinks in the game.
Gourds
There are 11 Gourds to collect in Black Myth Wukong and getting them all will take you through to New Game+. Refer to the Gourds to find each and every Gourd in the game.
Soaks
There are 27 Soaks to be collected in Black Myth Wukong and in order to get them all you will need to take down a good amount of bosses, purchase the Soaks and loot them out in the World for the most part. Refer to the Soaks to find where each of the Soaks can be collected.

[…] Location: Yellow Wind Ridge.Requirements: Loot Licorice plants.The Goat Skull Soak is a Soak which can be tough to get as you need to harvest Licorice plants throughout the Yellow Wind Areas with Fright Cliff and the Kingdom of Sahali being the most common locations. Licorice is a purple plant which stands out well against the yellow background of the desert and they will respawn every 30 minutes or so and you do also need to travel away from the area then come back as required.
