Steel Ginseng
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge.
As you work through Chapter 2, Yellow Wind Ridge you can farm Ginseng which is a low lying red flower. You need to farm Ginseng until you acquire a Steel Ginseng which is RNG as you when it will drop. Plants refresh every 30 minutes or so and you will need to travel out of the biome and back via a Shrine to make the Ginseng farmable. Counts towards Seeds to Sow.
Goat Skull Soak
Location: Chapter 2, Yellow Wind Ridge.
Requirements: Loot Licorice plants.
The Goat Skull Soak is a Soak which can be tough to get as you need to harvest Licorice plants throughout the Yellow Wind Areas with Fright Cliff and the Kingdom of Sahali being the most common locations. Licorice is a purple plant which stands out well against the yellow background of the desert and they will respawn every 30 minutes or so and you do also need to travel away from the area then come back as required. Keep harvesting Licorice Plants until you receive the Goat Skull Soak. Counts towards Brewer’s Bounty.
Craft Wind Bear Staff
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
Requirements: Craft at Shrine.
Cost: x1 Flame Ebongold, x4 Yaoguai Core, 6 Stone Spirit, x8,100 Will.
You can craft the Wind Bear Staff at the Shrine after you have defeated the Black Bear Guai boss. You may have to purchase Yaoguai Cores from the store if you don’t have enough. Counts towards Staffs and Spears.
Craft Ebongold Silk Robe
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
Requirements: Craft at Shrine.
Cost: x2 Silk, x5 Yarn, X1,800 Will.
You can craft the Ebongold Silk Robe at the Shrine after you have defeated the Black Bear Guai boss. Counts towards Mantled with Might.

Lambbrew Drink
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
Requirements: Loot the Altar.
Go to the start of the area where you started Chapter 2, this time go forward and up to the right taking out the enemies as you go then follow the path up the hill to the Altar where the Lambbrew Drink can be collected.
Lang-Li-Guhh-Baw
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
Go back the way you cam from the Sandgate Village, Village Entrance shrine and drop down to your left, take out the Mage then drop down into the water where you can fight and defeat Lang-Li-Guhh-Baw. Refer to the Lang-Li-Guhh-Baw boss guide.
Evil Repelling Medicament
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
You will be awarded the Evil Repelling Medicament once you have defeated the Lang-Li-Guhh-Baw boss. Counts towards Page Preserver.
Speak With Xu Dog
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
Xu Dog can be found by going up the stairs from where you defeated the Lang-Li-Guhh-baw boss. Speak with Xu Dog where you can then start purchasing Formulas. Counts towards Page Preserver.
Meditation Spot 1
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
Go up the stairs to the left of Xu Dog, take a right at the top and duck under the tree branch. Drop down to the lower level and look left to find the Meditation Spot. Counts towards Scenic Seeker.
Laurel Buds Soak
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
Requirements: Loot the chest.
Go up into the open area from the Village Entrance Shrine, take out the enemies being careful around the 2 headed Rat as it isn’t only tough it will also explode once defeated causing a large AOE blast. Look to the of the area to see a wooden platform, defeat the Mage then loot the chest on the table to receive the Laurel Buds Soak. Counts towards Brewer’s Bounty..
Speak With Rat Guai
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
Once you have the Laurel Buds Soak, go around to the left and defeat the 2 Rat Captain’s taking care as they are deadly. Go around to the right and interact with the orange stone which is where the Rat Guai will be hiding from the now deceased Rat Captains. You will need to interact with the Rat Guai again in Chapter 4. Counts towards Master of Magic.
Earth Wolf
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
From the chest where you acquired the Laurel Buds Soak turn around and jump over the rooftops to your left to come to the area where the Earth Wolf boss can be fought and defeated. Refer to the Earth Wolf boss guide.
Earth Wolf Spirit
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
Once the Earth Wolf boss has been defeated ensure you collect the Earth Wolf Spirit. Counts towards Fickle Forms.
Ma Tianba
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
With the Earth Wolf boss defeated look to the back of the arena to see a building, go inside the building and speak to Ma Tianba exhausting his dialogue. Counts towards Urge Unfulfilled.
Rat Archer Spirit
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
Open the gates against the left wall once you have spoken to Ma Tianba and defeated the Earth Wolf boss, you will be ambushed by a group of enemies, defeat them all then loot the Rat Archer Spirit when it drops. Counts towards Fickle Forms.
King Of Flowing Sands
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
Go back into the open area where you took down the 2 Rat Captains then go to the top right corner and open the gate. This will lead you to a 2 on 1 boss fight against both the King of Flowing Sands and the Second Prince of Flowing Sands. You need to take down the King first in order to take down both the boss and collect the Second Rat Prince Spirit.
You can take on the King by going up to whichever pillar he’s on and performing a jumping heavy attack to smash the pillar. Avoid the Second Prince’s attacks as best as you can and focus fire on the King until he’s dead. Refer to the King and Second Prince of Flowing Sands boss guide.
Second Prince Of Flowing Sands
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
Follow the steps to take on the King of Flowing Sands ensuring you defeat the King first, then focus fire on the Second Prince of Flowing Sands boss. Refer to the King and Second Prince of Flowing Sands boss guide.
Second Rat Prince Spirit
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Valley of Despair.
Defeat the King of Flowing Sands then the Second Prince of Flowing Sands in that order to be able to collect the Second Rat Prince Spirit.
First Prince Of Flowing Sands
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Valley of Despair.
Head into the caverns on the left side of the Valley of Despair Shrine then drop down to your left when you can. Walk to the edge of the cliff and throw the Pungent Flesh Chunk off the cliff which will summon the First Prince of Flowing Sands. Defeat him. Refer to the First Prince of Flowing Sands boss guide.
Loong Scales
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Valley of Despair.
With the First Prince of Flowing Sands defeated ensure you have the Wandering Wight Spirit equipped. Wandering Wight is a boss you should have taken down in Black Wind Mountain, Forest of Wolves, Outside the Forest. Refer to the Chapter 1 Walkthrough if you missed anything. Look over to the left side of the area to see a mural carved into the rock, go up to it and use the Wandering Wight to smash the wall revealing a crack you can go through leading to a cavern inside of which will be a chest containing the Loong Scales.
Awakening Wine Worm
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Valley of Despair.
Come out of the cavern where you acquired the Loong Scales and go right up the slope. Go into the tunnel behind the wall on your right and smash through anything in your way to the urn with the golden aura. Smash the urn to acquire the Awakening Wine Worm.
Red Loong
Location: Black Wind Mountain, Forest of Wolves, Outside the Forest.
Fast travel back to the Black Wind Mountain, Forest of Wolves, Outside the Forest and go down towards where you fought and defeat Guanzhi. Stay left where you will come to a waterfall. Now that you have the Loong Scales you can interact with the waterfall and go to the arena where the Red Loong boss can be fought and defeated. Refer to the Red Loong boss guide.
Loong Pearl
Location: Black Wind Mountain, Forest of Wolves, Outside the Forest.
You will receive the Loong Pearl once you defeat the Red Loong boss. Counts towards Staffs and Spears.
Thunder Tail
Location: Black Wind Mountain, Forest of Wolves, Outside the Forest.
Loot the chest in which spawns once the Red Loong boss is defeated to receive the Thunder Tail. Counts towards Staffs and Spears.
Boshan Censer Curios
Location: Black Wind Mountain, Forest of Wolves, Outside the Forest.
Loot the chest which spawns once the Red Loong boss is defeated to receive the Boshan Censer Curios. Counts towards Curious Collection.
Buddha's Eyeball 1
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Valley of Despair.
Cross the bridge to the right of the arena where you fought both the King and Second Prince of Flowing Sands bosses, take out the Spearbone and go forward into Fright Cliff. Just ahead will be the first Buddha’s Eyeball which you absorb from the statue head.
Buddha's Eyeball 2
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Squall Hideout.
Go right from the Shrine and up the stairs taking out the enemies as you go then at the end of the path will be another statue head you can absorb the 2nd Buddha’s Eyeball from.
Buddha's Eyeball 3
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Squall Hideout.
Go back down the stairs from where you collected Buddha’s Eyeball 2 and go up the right path along the egde of the cliff to find the 3rd head statue you can absorb the next Buddha’s Eyeball from.
Buddha's Eyeball 4
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Squall Hideout.
Go into the caves from the Squall Hideout shrine by taking the left path, run into the cavern then go up and around to your left where you will find the head statue which holds the fourth Buddha’s Eyeball.
Poisestone Spirt
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Squall Hideout.
Go back down into the caverns from the fourth Buddha’s Eyeball, go left then left again before going outside up the ramp. You will find 2 Poisestone enemies in the tunnel one of which will drop the Poisestone Spirit.
Mother of Stones
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Squall Hideout.
Go to the end of the tunnel having collected the Poisestone Spirit and look around the area for any active enemies, put them all down before looking at the glowing blue stones on the left side of the cavern. Hit the stones to initiate the Mother of Stones boss fight which can be challenging considering the amount of enemies she calls to help. Refer to the Mother of Stones boss guide.
Stone Essence
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Squall Hideout.
Once the Mother of Stones boss has been defeated you will receive the Stone Essence which you need for the Man In Stone.
Buddha's Eyeball 5
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Squall Hideout.
Once the Mother of Stones boss has been defeated go outside the cavern to find the next head statue you can absorb the fifth Buddha’s Eyeball from.
Man-In-Stone
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Squall Hideout.
Go back to the Squall Hideout and rest then go right into the gulley following the path to the end then interact with the triangular plant which will cause the Man-In-Stone to spawn now you have the Stone Essence having defeated the Mother of Stones boss. Speak with the Man-In-Stone until he insults you then attack him to initiate the boss fight. Defeat him. Refer to the Man-in-Stone boss guide.
Azure Dust
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Squall Hideout.
You will receive the Azure Dust Transformation upon defeating the Man-In-Stone boss. Counts towards Fickle Forms.
Sobering Stone
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Squall Hideout.
Requirements: Purchase from Man-In-Stone.
Cost: x6,480 Will.
Purchase the Sobering Stone from the Man-In Stone which you will need when you get to the Drunken Boar quest later in Chapter 2.
Iron Pellet Soak
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Squall Hideout.
Requirements: Purchase from Man-In-Stone.
Cost x6,480 Will.
Purchase the Iron Pellet Soak from the Man-In-Stone after defeating him. Counts towards Brewer’s Bounty.
Goldflora Hairpin Curios
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Squall Hideout.
Requirements: Purchase from Man-In-Stone.
Cost: x12,800 Will.
Purchase the Goldflora Hairpin Curios from the Main-In-Stone. You may well not have enough Will at this point in the game so remember it and come back later. Counts towards Curious Collection.
Meditation Spot 2
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Rockrest Flat.
From the Rockrest Flat shrine go left then towards the back wall, take out the Spearbone then smash through the wooden barrier. Go pass the Drunken Boar, leave him now we’ll come back later and run to the end of the open area to find the Meditation Spot. Counts towards Scenic Seeker.
Spearbone Spirt
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Rockrest Flat.
Go back to the Rockrest Flat shrine to get your bearings then go right towards the sandy waterfall. Look on the platform at the bottom of the stairs to find the Spearbone you need to defeat thus enabling you to collect the Spearbone Spirt. Counts towards Fickle Forms.
Black Loong
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Rockrest Flat.
Rest back at the shrine if you took a beating whilst collecting the Spearbone Spirit then go back to the location and up the stairs. Interact with the sand waterfall to go through to a secret area where you can fight and take down the Black Loong boss. Refer to the Black Loong boss guide.
Thunderbone
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Rockrest Flat.
You can loot the Thunderbone from the chest which spawns once the Black Loong boss has been defeated. Counts towards Staffs and Spears.
Loong Pearl 2
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Rockrest Flat.
You can loot the Loong Pearl from the chest which spawns once the Black Loong boss has been defeated. Counts towards Staffs and Spears.
Tricadna Pendant Curios

Once you have collected all 6 Buddha’s Eyeballs you can then enter the area where you took down the Stone Vanguard boss, look over to your left as you enter to see a cluster of rocks. Interact with the rocks where the Buddha’s Eyeballs will awaken the Shigandang boss. Defeat it. Refer to the Shigandang boss guide.
Skandha Of Feeling
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Rockrest Flat.
You will be awarded the Skandha of Feeling once the Shigandang boss has been defeated.
Heart Of Stone
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Rockrest Flat.
You will be awarded the Heart of Stone once the Shigandang boss has been defeated. Counts towards Staffs and Spears.
Craft Cloud-Patterned Stone Staff
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Rockrest Flat.
Requirements: Craft at Shrine.
Cost: x1 Heart of Stone, x4 Yaoguai Core, x8 Stone Spirit, x8,100 Will.
You can craft the Cloud-Patterned Stone Staff at the Shrine once the Shigandang boss has been defeated. Counts towards Staffs and Spears.
Rat Governor Spirit
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Rock Clash Platform.
Go left from the shrine to the end of the walk way where the Rat Governor will attack you. Defeat it then absorb the Spirit. Counts towards Fickle Forms.
Meditation Spot 3
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Rock Clash Platform.
Just behind the section where you fought the Rat Governor will be the third Meditation Spot. Counts towards Scenic Seeker.
Celestial Taiyi Pill
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Rock Clash Platform.
Go through the passage from the Rock Clash Platform shrine and look to your left where you will see a chest on a table. Loot it to acquire the Celestial Taiyi Pill.
A Pluck of Many
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Rock Clash Platform.
Slide down the sand hill either avoiding the Archers, you can jump over to the left side and do a heavy attack to land on the platform before mantling down to a chest but there’s nothing of importance inside. At the bottom of the slope go forward to begin a cut-scene where you will then receive the A Pluck of Many spell. Counts towards Master of Magic.
Gore-Eye Daoist
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Yellow Wind Formation, Windseal Gate.
Run left up the hill from the Windseal Gate Shrine to the right turn, look over to the left to see the Gore-Eye Daoist examining the wall. Defeat him. Refer to the Gore-Eye Daoist boss guide.
Gore-Eye Doaist Spirit
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Yellow Wind Fomation, Windseal Gate.
Once the Gore-Eye Daoist boss has been defeated ensure you collect the Gore-Eye Daoist Spirit. Counts towards Fickle Forms.
Luoija Fragrant Vine
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Yellow Wind Formation, Windseal Gate.
Once the Gore-Eye Daoist boss has been defeated look against the left cliff wall to see the Luoija Fragrant Vine hanging down you need to colllect.
Lingzhiling
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Yellow Wind Formation, Windseal Gate.
Go to the left of the area where you took down the Gore-Eye Daoist boss and interact with the Mushroom growing on the left side of the area. This will spawn a powerful, Poison based enemy called Lingzhiling you need to take down. Counts towards Portraits Perfected.
Swift Bat Spirit
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Valley of Despair.
Fast travel back to the Sandgate Village, Valley of Despair shrine then go down into the cavern where you previously fought and defeated the First Prince of Flowing Sands boss. Go through the crack in the wall where the Swift Bat will descend on you. Defeat it. Counts towards Fickle Forms.
Celestial Nonary Pill
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Valley of Despair.
Once you have the Swift Bat Spirit smash through the wood against the back wall, take out the next 2 Bats then loot the chest at the back of the room to receive the Celestial Nonary Pill.
Meditation Spot 4
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Crouching Tiger Temple, Temple Entrance.
Go up the stairs then into the second opening on the left to find this Meditation Spot. Counts towards Scenic Seeker.
Tiger Vanguard (King)
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Crouching Tiger Temple, Temple Entrance.
Climb the stairs then enter the Temple where you can step into the blood pool and take on the very powerful Tiger Vanguard King boss who you need to put down. Refer to the Tiger Vanguard (King) boss guide.
Keeness Of Tiger
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Crouching Tiger Temple, Temple Entrance.
You will receive the Keeness of Tiger once you have defeated the Tiger Vanguard (King) boss.
Rock Solid
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Crouching Tiger Temple, Temple Entrance.
You will receive the Rock Solid spell once you have defeated the Tiger Vanguard (King) boss. Counts towards Master of Magic.
Open The Cellar
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Crouching Tiger Temple, Temple Entrance.
Now that you have defeated the Tiger Vanguard (King) boss you can use the Sterness of Tiger on the statue behind the blood pool which will reveal a Tiger’s head opening the way down into the Cellar.
Celestial Jade Lotus Pill
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Crouching Tiger Temple, Temple Entrance (Cellar).
Drop down in to the Cellar and look to your left to see a chest which holds the Celestial Jade Lotus Pill.
Civet Sergeant Spirit
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Crouching Tiger Temple, Temple Entrance (Cellar).
Head down the ramp into the cave where a series of enemies will ambush you. Take them all out then absorb the Civet Sergeant Spirit when it falls. Counts towards Fickle Forms.
Tiger Relic Soak
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Crouching Tiger Temple. Temple Entrance (Cellar).
This soak can be tricky to acquire, go tot he top of the sand bank at the end of the Cellar area then just as you start sliding down look at the wooden platform then jump up and perform a heavy attack (Triangle) to spin forward and land on the platform. If you miss then fast travel from the Cellar Shrine back to the Temple Entrance and try again. Once you’re on the platform loot the small urn to receive the Tiger Relic Soak.
Fortifying Medicament
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
Go to the Cellar Shrine then head to the back of the cavern where you can speak with Xu Dog. Select the “Talk” option which will initiate a short cut-scene where Xu Dog will hand you the Fortifying Medicament Formula. Counts towards Page Preserver.
Longevity Decotion
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
Requirements: Purchase from Xu Dog.
Cost: x2,700 Will.
You can purchase the Longevity Decotion from Xu Dog after speaking with him. Counts towards Page Preserver.
Copper Pill Soak
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Crouching Tiger Temple, Temple Entrance.
Go back to the arena where you defeated the Tiger Vanguard (King) boss, go behind the statue and go along the path tow where the Shielded Rat and Archer are, take them both out then look to the cliff before going up the hill to your right to see a small urn on the table you can loot which holds the Copper Pill Soak.
Rat Imperial Guard Spirit
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Yellow Wind Formation, Windrest Bridge.
Follow the path slowly baiting and taking out the enemies as you go ensuring you don’t go to far forward until the Spearbone is defeated. Once its down go forward towards the gate where 3 Rat Imperial Guard will ambush you and they are tough. Defeat all 3 of them then absorb the Rat Imperial Guard Spirit. Counts toward Fickle Forms.
Luoija Fragrant Vine 2
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Yellow Wind Formation, Windrest Bridge.
Once you have taken out the Rat Imperial Guard go through the now open gate and look to your right to see the Luoija Fragrant Vine hanging from the tree.
Tiger's Acolyte
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Yellow Wind Formation, Windrest Hamlet.
Follow the path pass the Spearbone and the enemies to the bridge you can enter where you can fight and defeat the Tiger’s Acolyte boss. Refer to the Tiger’s Acolyte boss guide.
Old-Rattle Drum
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Yellow Wind Formation, Windrest Hamlet.
You will receive the Old-Rattle Drum once you have defeated the Tiger’s Acolyte boss.
Tiger's Acolyte Spirt
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Yellow Wind Formation, Windrest Hamlet.
Once the Tiger’s Acolyte boss is defeated ensure you collect the Tiger’s Acolyte Spirt. Counts towards Fickle Forms.
Glazed Reliquary Curios
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Yellow Wind Formation, Windrest Hamlet.
Enter the tunnels behind the bridge where you defeated the Tiger’s Acolyte boss then look to the left where the brazier is to find a table with a small urn on it inside of which will be the Glazed Reliquary Curios. Counts towards Curious Colelction.
Old-Rattle Drum Quest
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Valley of Despair.
Now that you have both the Sterness of Stone from taking down the Stone Vanguard and the Sterness of Tiger by taking down the Tiger Vanguard (King) you can fast travel back to the Valley of Despair Shrine and cross the area to the large gate. Open the gate and go down the hill where you will be able to go right t the bottom of the slope to initiate a cut-scene beginning the Old-Rattle Drum Quest. Complete it.
Mad Tiger
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
At the end of the Old-Rattle Drum quest you can interact with the well which leads to a cavern where you can take on the Mad Tiger boss you need to defeat. Refer to the Mad Tiger boss guide.
Mad Tiger Spirit
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
Once the Mad Tiger boss has been defeated ensure you absorb its Spirit. Counts towards Fickle Forms.
Plaguebane Gourd
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
Once the Mad Tiger boss has been defeated loot the chest to acquire the Plaguebane Gourd. Counts towards Brewer’s Bounty.
Drunken Boar Quest
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Rockrest Flat.
Go back to the Rokrest Flat Shrine then run through the back wall pass the Spearbone and speak with the Drunken Boar to initiate the Drunken Boar quest. Refer to the Drunken Boar quest.
Yellow-Robed Squire
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Rockrest Flat.
At the end of the Drunken Boar quest you will be back in the wide open area where you first met the Drunken Boar, look over to your right when you enter the area to see the Drunken Boar who, once approached will initiate the Yellow-Robed Squire boss fight. Defeat him. Refer to the Yellow-Robed Squire boss guide.
Snout Mask
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Rockrest Flat.
You will receive the Snout Mask once you have defeated the Yellow-Robed Squire boss. Counts towards Mantled with Might.
Enter Kingdom Of Sahali
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Rockrest Flat.
With the Yellow-Robed Squire boss defeated go through the now open door to gain access to the Kingdom of Sahali.
Tiger Vanguard (Chief)
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Kingdom of Sahali, Sandgate Pass.
Go forward once you are in the Kingdom of Sahali and take down the Tiger Vanguard. Refer to the Tiger Vanguard (Chief) boss guide.
Tiger Tally Curios
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Kingdom of Sahali, Sandgate Pass.
Once the Tiger Vanguard (Chief) boss has been defeated you will be awarded the Tiger Tally Curios. Counts towards Curious Collection.
Fuban
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Kingdom of Sahali, Sandgate Bound.
Fuban is a Yaoguai King who you can fight by talking with the King then dropping down into the sands. Engage and defeat Fuban. Refer to the Fuban boss guide.
Wind Tamer Vessel
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Kingdom of Sahali, Sandgate Bound.
You will be awarded the Wind Tamer Vessel once you have defeated the Fuban boss.
Sky-Piercing Horn
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Kingdom of Sahali, Sandgate Bound.
You will receive the Sky-Piercing Horn once you have defeated the Fuban boss. Counts towards Staffs and Spears.
Craft Insect Spike Bracers
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Kingdom of Sahali, Sandgate Bound.
Requirements: Craft at Shrine.
Cost: x1 Silk, x1 Cold Iron Leaves, x2,100 Will.
You can craft the Insect Spike Bracers at the Shrine once the Fuban boss has been defeated. Counts towards Mantled with Might.
Craft Insect Spike Gaiters
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Kingdom of Sahali, Sandgate Bound.
Requirements: Craft at Shrine.
Cost: x2 Silk, x1 Cold Iron Leaves, x3,000 Will.
You can craft the Insect Spike Gaiters at the Shrine once the Fuban boss has been defeated. Counts towards Mantled with Might.
Meditation Spot 5
Location: Yellow Wind Rind, Kingdom of Sahali, Sandgate Bound.
Once the Fuban boss has been defeated go over to the left side of the area as you came in where you will find the Meditation Spot. Counts towards Scenic Seeker.
Speak To Old Man
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Yellow Wind Formation, Windseal Gate.
Now that you have the Sterness of Stone and Keeness of Tiger you can open the gate behind the Windseal Gate shrine, once open go through and left along the gulley to find the Old Man examining the cliffs. Speak to him exhausting all of his dialogue. Counts towards Always Accompanied.
Meditation Spot 6
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Yellow Wind Formation, Windseal Gate.
Just next to the old man will be the sixth and final Meditation Spot in Yellow Wind Ridge. Counts towards Scenic Seeker.
Yellow Wind Sage
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Yellow Wind Formation, Windseal Gate.
The Yellow Wind Sage is the final boss in Chapter 2 and is a tough one to bring down. To make things a bit easier ensure you have the Wind Tamer Vessel equipped as this will be very useful in disrupting the Sage when he transforms into Wind. Bring the Yellow Wind Sage down. Refer to the Yellow Wind Sage boss guide.
Fuming Ears Relic
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Yellow Wind Formation, Windseal Gate.
You will receive the Fuming Ears Relic once you have defeated the Yellow Wind Sage boss.
