Here is the Black Myth Wukong Fickle Forms trophy guide which will help you unlock the 11 Transformations and find the 54 Spirits throughout Black Myth Wukong all of which are possible on your first playthrough but that said I do recommend you go for the final Transformation on New Game Plus where you will be a lot more powerful and better equipped to handle the challenges you will face. Covering the Transformations first, you will receive several as you progress through the game where as others can be found in secret areas or off the beaten track, they also have their own Skills linked into them for the most part which could strengthen either your main character, the Transformation or both.

Then with the Spirits these are acquired by taking down specific enemies, bosses or by completing quests and unlike the Transformations which stay as long as your Might or Health meter does the Spirits will be a one use and whether the Spirit hits, misses or is interrupted you will need to wait for the Spirit to recharge before you can use it again or rest at a shrine to instantly recharge the Spirit. As for the Spirits, they are broken down chapter by chapter and out of all 54 you can acquire there are 3 which are missable which are the:

1. Wandering Wight Spirit.
2. Second Rat Prince.
3. Apramana Bat.

2. Yellow Wind Ridge Spirits.
3. The New West Spirits.
4. The Webbed Ridge Spirits.
5. Flaming Mountains Spirits.

Chronologically the Bull Governor in Bishui Caves will be the final Spirit you can find, the final Transformation should be the Azure Dome which is found in Mount Mei which is the final secret area you can access in the game and where you need to unlock the Secret Ending.
