The Fortifying Medicament can be acquired from Xu Dog who you can find in the Cellar region of Yellow Wind Ridge accessible once the Tiger Vanguard (King) boss has been defeated and you have the Sternness of Stone which drops from the Stone Vanguard boss, an item which you can use on the pedestal behind the blood pool to drain the blood and open the way down to the Cellar. Location: The New West, New Thunderclap Temple, Temple Entrance.
Go forward then over to the left from the Temple Entrance shrine and go up through the building with 3 Blind Monks. Go out to the left of the building then go to the end of the bridge where you will find the Body-Fleeting Powder Formula in a chest at the end of the walkway.
Essence Decotion
Location: Ruyi Scroll, Zodiac Village.
Rest at the Village of Lanxi, Estate of the Zhu shrine then fast travel to Zodiac Village which is accessible having completed the Chen Loong quest then purchase the Essence Decoction Formula from Xu Dog for 2,700 Will.
Enhanced Ginseng Pellets
Location: The Webbed Ridge, Webbed Hollow, Verdure Bridge.

Enter the building on your right then loot the Mirage Pill Formula from the chest.
Life-Saving Pill
Location: The Webbed Ridge, Purple Cloud Mountain, Cloudnest Peak.
The Life-Saving Pill Formula can be looted from a chest in the Cloudnest Peak region of Purple Cloud Mountain which serves as the secret area in the Webbed Ridge and is accessible by taking out the optional Venom Daoist boss then the optional Venom Daoist (second encounter) boss which reveals a painting you can enter that takes you to Purple Cloud Mountain.
