Meditation Spots are a good way to take a breather from the intensity of Black Myth Wukong and also earn you a Sparks for doing so which you can of course use in any skill tree you have active to increase your survival potential and given the fact there are 24 Spots to find they are worth the effort. None of the Meditation Spots are missable you can get them all at the end of the game or get them one by one as you make your way through the first 5 chapters with them being discoverable at the following locations:
Chapter 1, Black Wind Mountain:

Chapter 1: Black Wind Mountain
Black Wind Mountain has 3 Meditation Spots which are:
The Arbor, Forest Of Wolves
Location: Black Wind Mountain, Forest of Wolves, Outside the Forest.
Go from the shrine pass the Bullguard boss arena to the open area before entering the caves, go over to the right side underneath the decrepit building to find this Meditation Spot overlooking the jungle below.
The Cavern, Bamboo Grove
Location: Black Wind Mountain, Bamboo Grove, Back Hills.
Take down the Lingxuzi boss then head down the hill, go left through the water and into the cavern where you can first speak with Ma Tianba (refer to the Urge Unfulfilled trophy guide). You can find the Meditation Spot in this Cavern.
The Cliff, Black Wind Cave
Location: Black Wind Mountain, Bamboo Grove, Marsh of White Mist.
You will need to defeat the Whiteclad Noble boss then with both of his forms down you can enter the caves behind the arena, follow the path around then look to your left before following the path round to the right up the stairs and go out on the wooden platform to the end where the Meditation Spot can be found.
Chapter 2, Yellow Wind Ridge
Yellow Wind Ridge has 6 Meditation Spots which are:
The Altar, Sandgate Village
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Sandgate Village, Village Entrance.
Drop down to the left of the Village Entrance shrine then follow the path through the large cavern, take the stairs up next to where Xu Dog can be found as long as you have defeated the Lang-Li-Guhh-Baw boss just a bit further on in the quarry then go right at the top of the stairs. Duck under the tree then drop down where you can find the Meditation Spot over to the left near the structure.
The Deadwood, Rockrest Flat
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff, Rockrest Flat.
From the Rockrest Flat platform go up staying left pass the arena where you can fight both the Stone Vanguard boss and the Shigandang boss then smash through the fence behind the Spearbone. Run to the end of the open area pass the Drunken Boar where you will find the Meditation Spot at the back of the area.
The Ravine, Rock Clash Platform
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Fright Cliff Rock Clash Platform.
Follow the path straight from the Rock Clash Platform, take out the Rat Governor and absorb its Spirit then go down the small set of stairs to find this Meditation Spot.
The Sculpture, Crouching Tiger Temple
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Crouching Tiger Temple, Temple Entrance.
Climb the stairs from the Temple Entrance shrine as if you were going in to the blood pool to fight the Tiger Vanguard (King) boss but before you get there go left into the small area to find this Meditation Spot.
The Grotto, Yellow Wind Formation
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Crouching Tiger Temple, Cellar.
Once you have either opened the Windseal Gate or slid down the sand bank from the Cellar shrine go left or right (away from the Yellow Wind Sage boss arena) and follow the path to the end where Yuan Shoucheng will be observing the cliff face. Just before you get to the Old Man you will see the Meditation Spot.
The Rock, Sandgate Bound
Location: Yellow Wind Ridge, Kingdom of Sahalii, Sandgate Bound.
This Meditation Spot is hidden away in the secret area of Yellow Wind Ridge, the Kingdom of Sahali and is accessible once you have completed the Drunk Boar quest and have taken down the Yellow-Robed Squire boss. Defeat the Tiger Vanguard (Chief) boss and the Fuban boss then go over to the left of the area to find the Meditation Spot overlooking the desert where you fought Fuban.
Chapter 3, The New West
The New West has 5 Meditation Spots which are:
The Shade, Mirrormere
Location: The New West, Snowhill Path, Mirrormere.
Go to the edge of the frozen lake slightly left from where the shrine is to find this Meditation Spot.
The Bottom, Pagoda Realm
The New West, Pagoda Realm, Outside the Wheel.
Once you have taken down the Captain Wise-Voice boss you can go through the cavern and out to a snow covered trail. A short way along you will find a table on the main path which holds a Celestial Taiyi Pill which you can loot from the chest. Look behind the table to see a fence you can smash which leads you through to a secret opening which holds a powerful Monk you need to defeat which then allows you to use the Meditation Spot at the back of the area.
The Statue, Precept Corridor
Location: The New West, Bitter Lake, Precept Corridor.
Face down the hill from the Precept Corridor shrine then look left as you are about halfway down to see the Meditation Spot.
The Track, Mindfulness Cliff
Location: The New West, Valley of Ecstasy, Mindfulness Cliff.
Once you have defeated the mandatory Non-White boss at the top of the Mindfulness Cliff biome you will be able to use the Meditation Spot towards the back of his arena.
The Hall, New Thunderclap Temple
Location: The New West, New Thunderclap Temple, Mahavira Shrine.
Work through the New Thunderclap Temple to the Mahavira Shrine which you can rest at then go back down the stairs and over to your left into the small building and defeat the optional Non-Pure boss where you can then use the Meditation Spot at the back of the room.
Chapter 4, The Webbed Ridge
There are 6 Meditation Spots in The Webbed Ridge which are:
The Carvings, Pool Of Shattered Jade
Location: The Webbed Ridge, Webbed Hollow, Pool of Shattered Jade.
This Meditation Spot can be found in the optional area, the Pool of Shattered Jade which is accessible by going forward from the Upper Hollow shrine then dropping down off the edge where the set of planks are recessed into the rock against the first pit you come to. Follow the path up pass the Scorpion Prince and Puppet Spiders using Cloud Step to avoid the Scorpion if you aren’t strong enough to bring it down then continue to the back of the area to find the Pool of Shattered Jade shrine. Face the shrine then turn around and go into the water to find the Meditation Spot.
The Tree, Middle Of The Hollow
Location: The Webbed Ridge, Webbed Hollow, Middle Hollow.
This Meditation Spot can be found in the Middle Hollow area which is accessible by following the path right from from the Verdure Bridge shrine. Face the Middle Hollow shrine then turn around and go over to the edge where the floor is illuminated to find this Meditation Spot.
Cave Depths, Lower Hollow
Location: The Webbed Ridge, Webbed Hollow, Lower Hollow.
Head through the Webbed Hollow to the Lower Hollow shrine then go back the way you came and squeeze through the crack in the left wall. Follow the path up and to the right to a small cave where the Meditation Spot can be found.
The Height, Forest Of Ferocity
Location: The Webbed Ridge, Temple of the Yellow Flower, Forest of Ferocity.
Rest at the Forest of Ferocity shrine then go left taking the first right you can to find this Meditation Spot.
The Pines, Temple Of Yellow Flowers
Location: The Webbed Ridge, Temple of the Yellow Flower, Temple Entrance.
Go up the stairs from the Temple Entrance shrine then go right into the gardens where the Warm Practitioners can be found, make your way to the left eliminating any enemies who aggro then use the Meditation Spot only when it’s safe and clear to do so.
The Ledge, Purple Cloud Mountain
Location: The Webbed Ridge, Purple Cloud Mountain, Bounds of Deity’s Abode.
The final Meditation Spot in The Webbed Ridge is in the secret area, Purple Cloud Mountain which is accessible once you have taken down both the Venom Daoist boss in the Pool of Shattered Jade biome and the Venom Daoist (second encounter) boss who is found in the Court of Illumination biome. With both versions of the Venom Daoist defeated you will then be able to interact with the painting the Daoist spawns upon death on the back wall of the cavern to gain access to Purple Cloud Mountain.
Rest at the Valley of Blooms shrine then jump into the water to your right. Jump up to the land then follow the path over to the right to find the Bounds of Deity’s Abode shrine which you can rest at then go up the hill to the left of the shrine and follow the path to edge of the arena where you can fight the, The Scorpionlord boss to find this Meditation Spot.
Chapter 5, Flaming Mountains
The Flaming Mountains has 4 Meditation Spots which are:
The Relief, Camp Of Seasons
Location: Flaming Mountains, Woods of Ember, Camp of Seasons.
Cross the bridge from the Camp of Seasons shrine then follow the path round to the Bull Governor who you need to put down then go up the stairs to your right following the path to the top where you will find the Meditation Spot.
The Buddha, The Emerald Hall
Location: Flaming Mountains, Furnace Valley, The Emerald Hall.
Once you get to the Emerald Hall, go forward and take down both the Keeper of Flaming Mountains boss and the Yin Yang Fish boss then go through the cutscene. Rest back at the Emerald Hall shrine if you need to then go left after going up the hill, climb the small stairs then follow the path to the end keep the lava below on your left to find the Meditation Spot.
The Crag, Ashen Pass III
Location: Flaming Mountains, Field of Fire, Ashen Pass III.
Rest at the Ashen Pass III shrine then go into the open area behind the shrine where you can take down the optional Nine-Capped Lingzhi Guai boss then go round to the right where you can find the Meditation Spot.
The Screen, Purge Pit
Location: Flaming Mountains, Bishui Cave, Purge Pit.
The final Meditation Spot as long as you have been following the guide can be found in the secret Bishui Cave which is accessible one you have completed the Rusty Carts quest and have spoken with the Pale Axe Stalwart after the Rusty-Gold Cart boss fatally wounded him which then unlocks the way to Bishui Caves. Once you’re at the Purge Pit shrine which is the first one you come, face the shrine then go left to the end of the path to find this Meditation Spot.
